Thematic knowledge about business environment (business environment reforms, labour market and advocacy), international trade, development of SMEs (business development services as well as access to finance), green growth, value chain development and making market work for the poor (M4P) approaches.
Experience with a broad range of aid modalities ranging from general budget support, sector budget support, core funding, independent trusts, challenge funds, social enterprises and project support.
Mr Klim has served as process consultant involved in the formulation of the Danish support to the business sector programmes in Tanzania (BSPS Phase IV), Mali (PACEPEP) and Zimbabwe (Private sector led Agriculture).
Management experience from a position as deputy head of the francophone market area in COWI, head of the private sector development and CSR section in COWI and programme coordinator of the USD 100m Danida Business Sector Programme Support (BSPS) in Tanzania.

Klim was founded in 2012 and has its headquarter north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The company has worked on numerous assignments mainly wihtin Private Sector Development, Growth and Employment.
Klim has been working with all elements of the project cycle including: identification & conceptualisation; design & formulation, appraisal, review and evaluation.
